What you may not do is republish our content as your own, present it as the output of another refiner, or incorporate it into a commercial product or service without our prior written consent.

Account opening and trading terms

Use of this website, including submitting an enquiry or account-opening request, does not itself create a trading relationship. Any trading account is subject to separate due diligence, documentation and terms agreed directly with us — see Open an account.

No offer or solicitation

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell precious metal, nor a solicitation to do so, in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful or would require us to hold a licence we do not hold. The site is directed at businesses assessing us as a counterparty; it is not addressed to retail investors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution provision separately agreed in a contract between us.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
